I’m Dr. Laura Griffith Garland, Ph.D.
People arrive at Charleston Reiki and Tarot for many different reasons. You may feel energetically depleted, scattered, or disconnected from yourself. You may need clarity about an important decision, recognize a pattern that is ready to shift, or sense that a deeper part of your spiritual life is asking for attention. Your life does not need to be broken for something within you to be ready for change.
My work brings together Reiki and Shamanic Reiki for energetic restoration, nervous-system settling, and spiritual reconnection; Tarot readings for practical insight into decisions, relationships, recurring patterns, and possible paths forward; and Quantum Coherence Coaching for shifting persistent patterns and creating a more coherent direction for your life. I also offer meditation and shamanic journeying classes for those who want to deepen their own grounded spiritual practice.
When deeper work is appropriate, sessions may include soul retrieval, past-life retrieval, chakra balancing, or energetic clearing for a home or business. You do not need to know which approach you need before you arrive. We begin with what you are experiencing, what you hope will become different, and what feels appropriate for your body, energy, and spirit.
Whether you come seeking clarity, restoration, transformation, or a deeper connection with your own inner knowing, the work remains grounded, discerning, and centered in the present moment. The intention is for you to leave feeling more settled, more coherent, and more fully yourself.
