I am Dr. Laura Garland. — a Shamanic Healer, Quantum Alchemy Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Tarot practitioner, and Meditation Instructor. My life’s work is guiding seekers through deep healing and transformation, blending ancient wisdom and modern science to help you create lasting change.

My Path of Transformation

From an early age, I experienced moments and insights that science couldn’t fully explain. That curiosity led me into a lifelong exploration of both the seen and unseen worlds.

• I’ve studied a wide range of spiritual disciplines: Core Shamanism, Celtic mysticism, Lakota traditions, Wicca, Tai Chi, Chi Gung, Uechi Ryu, and sacred practices of energy and movement.
• For over 25 years, I’ve practiced and taught Tarot as a tool for clarity and empowerment.
• For 15 years, I’ve been a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, offering sessions and training others in this gentle, powerful art.
• Today, my deepest calling is Shamanic Healing and Quantum Alchemy Coaching — practices that bring together everything I’ve learned to help others shift patterns, reclaim their power, and step into joy.

Meditation as the Key

Through all of this, I discovered that meditation is the cornerstone of healing and creation.

• I practice extended meditation daily, deepening my connection with Source and cultivating resilience, peace, and vision.
• I teach weekly meditation classes to help others find the stillness and clarity that transforms both inner life and outer reality.

Meditation isn’t just about calming the mind — it’s about unlocking the power to create your future.

Bridging Science & Spirit

My academic and professional journey reflects the same balance of logic and mystery.

• Ph.D. in Earth & Planetary Sciences (Washington University) – my research into hydrothermal systems on Mars helped lay the groundwork for modern studies of life beyond Earth.
• B.S. in Engineering Physics (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed before age 21).
• M.A. in Teaching (Washington University) – licensed to teach physics, mathematics, and general science.

As a U.S. Navy Officer, I taught nuclear physics and advanced mathematics, trained new staff, served as a security officer and division director, and earned the commendation of Master Training Specialist. I also worked as a lay chaplain, supporting people on alternative spiritual pathways.

These experiences gave me a unique perspective: the ability to see both the scientific and spiritual dimensions of reality — and to integrate them into my healing and coaching practice.
